Position Summary:

In the role of Marketing Manager for our South Korea operations, you will assume the mantle of architecting and orchestrating comprehensive marketing strategies that not only elevate our brand's eminence but also drive our strategic business objectives within the South Korean market. Your expertise will be pivotal in amplifying our reach and cementing our presence in this highly competitive and vibrant sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and execute bespoke marketing strategies that resonate with the unique facts of the South Korean music market. 

  • Foster collaborative ties with artists and management teams to amplify promotions surrounding releases, tours, and hallmark events.

  • Conduct meticulous analysis of market trends and consumer inclinations to unearth avenues for expansion and innovation.

  • Champion our digital presence through masterful management of social media and digital marketing campaigns, tailored for the South Korean audience.

  • Cultivate and sustain relationships with key industry stakeholders, including media platforms, influencers, and strategic partners.

  • Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, ensuring it is a reflection of our esteemed brand ethos and partners. 

  • Liaise with our global marketing contingent to ensure a harmonized and integrated marketing approach. 

  • Administer budgets judiciously and monitor the return on investment of marketing initiatives with precision


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a marketing expert, preferably in the music or entertainment industry

  • Bilingual proficiency in both English and Korean.

  • An in-depth understanding of the South Korean Music Market and its cultural intricacies.

  • A proven portfolio of developing and executing influential marketing campaigns.

  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment.

  • An innovative, independent strategic thinker endowed with acute analytical prowess.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and digital communication platforms.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage complex, competing priorities.

  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

  • Knowledge of the music industry and a passion for music.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in artist management, event planning, or marketing.

  • Familiarity with contract basics and legal compliance in the music industry.

  • Social media management and branding expertise.
